Gettin' Basted started as a competition team in 2012. Since our beginnings we have pioneered Hot & Fast, Ozarks Style BBQ cooked over live wood coals in 55 gallon barrels. We brought this unique method of cooking to our first restaurant in Branson, Missouri in 2017. 


Having racked up countless championships and awards from coast to coast as a competition team, we are enjoying similar success in the restaurant world as our brand of BBQ sweeps the nation.


Why does it work? Simply put, we don't do things like the other guys. We serve only the best quality meats such as Snake River Farms briskets and Double R Ranch burgers. We cook these meats over direct flames providing a flavor that can't be cheated or substituted while getting them done in a fraction of the time of other BBQ styles. We then finish these meats competition style delivering maximum flavor for our guests.
