Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, our barbecue draws from the rich tapestry of Southern cooking styles, blending Memphis’ love for ribs and pulled pork with the bold, smoky touches reminiscent of Texas pits. But here's our twist: we fire up our grills with live coal to give that meat a lick of flame and a taste you can’t find just anywhere. Tammy's the best balance of a visionary and a realist. She's elevated our brand to once unthinkable levels through marketing efforts, community involvement and behind-the-scenes brand management.

As the original founder of our brand, Brad keeps Gettin' Basted in the National spotlight. Not only is he a multi world-championship winning competition Pitmaster, but he is also a wiz with backend technological and creative operations.
